With the expansion of our European activities, we are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to support OEM and Tier1 engagement in Germany.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic OEM and Tier1 accounts in Germany and Europe
- Position our intelligent cockpit and vehicle software platform to decision-makers
- Drive opportunity identification, RFQ participation, and commercial negotiations
- Coordinate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure technical feasibility and competitive proposals
- Support contract negotiation and long-term partnership agreements
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within automotive software
- Contribute to European business development strategy
Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience in automotive industry sales, preferably in software, cockpit systems, HMI, or embedded platforms
- Proven track record in managing OEM or Tier1 accounts in Germany
- Strong understanding of automotive procurement cycles and decision structures
- Ability to translate technical solutions into commercial value
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration (engineering, product, legal)
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel within Germany and Europe
