🎯 Mission

As Key Account Director, you will take full ownership of our top-tier client relationships across Europe, including DSOs, EPC contractors, energy developers, and data center operators. Your mission is to drive revenue growth, build long-term partnerships, and act as a trusted advisor in large-scale projects that require deep technical integration and cross-border coordination.

You will serve as the senior point of contact for both clients and internal teams, aligning project requirements, commercial goals, and execution timelines between European stakeholders and Daqo’s global operations.



💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow strategic relationships with key accounts in Germany, France, and other core European markets
  • Lead client engagement from opportunity identification to contract negotiation and lifecycle delivery
  • Shape and execute account-specific strategies to maximize long-term revenue and client value
  • Collaborate with technical, sales, and operations teams in Europe and HQ to deliver customized energy solutions
  • Oversee strategic project cycles, ensuring timeline, compliance, and performance targets are met
  • Anticipate client needs and propose product innovations or service enhancements
  • Represent Daqo at high-level meetings, industry conferences, and customer workshops
  • Contribute to regional business planning with insights from key customer portfolios



📌 Requirements

  • Fluent in English; German/French language skills are strong assets
  • Based in Germany; willingness to travel across Europe (approx. 20–30%)
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in key account management, strategic sales, or energy/infrastructure projects
  • Proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder customer accounts and closing strategic deals
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, capable of navigating across cultures and organizational levels
  • Self-driven, structured, and solution-oriented with a deep commitment to client success
  • Experience in AIDC (AI Data Center) environments is a strong plus.
