About the Role
As a Sales Executive (Business Development) at labb Ltd, you will be responsible for driving net new business (NNB) by identifying and acquiring new logos across our target markets. This role is ideal for a motivated, target‑driven sales professional looking to grow their career in enterprise software and SaaS, working closely with senior sales leaders and global teams.
You will gain hands‑on exposure to Pegasystems (Pega) solutions, develop strong prospecting and relationship‑building skills, and play a key role in expanding labb’s footprint in the market.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities to build a strong pipeline of net new logos.
- Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events) to engage decision‑makers and introduce labb’s solutions.
Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through consultative conversations and follow‑ups.
- Participate in virtual and local industry events, webinars, and networking activities to generate leads and brand awareness.
Support to Senior Sales Team
- Work closely with senior sales executives to support account planning, pipeline development, and deal progression.
- Assist with market research, prospect profiling, and preparation for customer meetings.
Product & Technology Knowledge
- Develop a solid understanding of Pega’s platform, its capabilities, and value propositions.
- Confidently articulate how labb and Pega solutions address customer challenges.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date information in the CRM system.
- Track activities, leads, and opportunities to ensure visibility and collaboration across teams.
Internal Collaboration
- Build strong working relationships internally with sales, delivery, and partner teams.
- Collaborate with global colleagues to support regional and international opportunities.
Job Requirements
Experience
- 1–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or tech/SaaS sales preferred.
- Experience with B2B sales, outbound prospecting, or enterprise software is a strong advantage.

Location & Working Style
- Based in Manila, with the ability to work in a hybrid or office‑based setup (as applicable).
- Willingness to occasionally support calls or meetings aligned with EMEA or global time zones.
