Job Purpose & Primary Job Responsibilities

In this role you are accountable for the overall relationship and activities between ONE and your assigned Regional/Local Key Accounts.

  • Responsibility for negotiating and managing the contract and client relationship
  • Escalation point for enquiries or complaints
  • Responsibility for setting the goals and strategy for development and growth of the business for your assigned accounts
  • Accountability for post-contract onboarding and post-tender review
  • Close contact with customer’s key players and procurement owners as needed
  • Liaise with all relevant internal departments locally and/or beyond

Required Skills And Competencies

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of professional shipping experience preferably within selling/negotiating/outside sales.
  • Target- and solution-oriented with structured and self-motivated work style
  • Competitive with strong communication and negotiating skills
  • Broad and profound shipping knowledge with cross functional and commercial mind-set & knowhow
  • Business fluent in English and local language
  • Strong digital orientation and growth mind-set
