■ About the Blockchain Market and the Company’s Challenge

It is anticipated that in the future, all assets—particularly those backed by real-world value such as stocks, bonds, derivatives, and real estate, collectively referred to as Real World Assets (RWA)—will be digitized into digital assets.

As of June 2024, the total market capitalization of stablecoins, which are expected to become the mainstream medium for digital transactions, exceeds 25 trillion yen, accounting for only 0.5% of all fiat currencies. Until now, their primary use case has been cryptocurrency trading, but their application in the real economy is expected to significantly expand the market to over 400 trillion yen by 2028.

In June 2023, Japan became the first advanced economy to enact legislation defining stablecoins, signaling a proactive stance by both major corporations and the government. As a result, even greater momentum in this field is anticipated moving forward.

■ Mission

As a Technical Product Manager (Technical PdM), you will be responsible for the following tasks.

・Engage in discussions with the business team regarding feature requests from the perspective of product value

・Communicate the outcomes of those discussions to engineers, based on a deep understanding of the product

・Involve the necessary members and facilitate decision-making within the development team

・Lead development direction, including detailing specifications, prioritizing tasks, and assigning the most suitable members

*Depending on your experience and preferences, you may also be entrusted with project management responsibilities.

*Specific duties will be discussed and determined during interviews, taking your background and interests into consideration.

■Experience

Meet one of the following

・Experience in a product development team where you collaborated with the business team to define product value and effectively communicated it within the development team.

・Experience as a project leader or project manager in financial system development projects, such as those for banks or securities firms.

■Language Skills

・Experience reading English-language documentation. (Currently, verbal communication in English is not required. Therefore, applicants who are comfortable with reading English documents will have no issues.)

■Preferred

・Experience as a software engineer

・Product management experience in products requiring complex business logic

・Academic background in computer science

・Experience in blockchain technology or in developing products utilizing blockchain

・Experience directing and communicating in English
