You combine commercial rigor, cultural intelligence, and operational excellence. You influence planning cycles, align country teams, and navigate complex matrices to launch programs that are brand-safe, insight-led, and proven to work across markets.
Key job responsibilities
- Own senior regional relationships; educate and evangelize Twitch across agency networks and top multinational advertisers;
- Design and sell pan-regional creator programs (multi-country streamer rosters, live tentpoles, content franchises, extensions into social);
- Build the operating plan: budget structures, country allocations, measurement frameworks, and case study pathways;
- Partner with local Twitch/Ads AEs/ADM’s to land deals, localize creator selection, and ensure compliant execution per market norms;
- Provide guidance on brand safety/suitability, creator vetting, rights/usage, and disclosures; anticipate regional policy differences;
- Understand how EMEA Agency hubs operate and influence centrally planned, centrally bought media campaigns;
- Align with Ad Tech/Amazon DSP, Creative Strategy, Research/Insights, and Events to deliver full-funnel solutions and ROI;
- Represent Twitch at industry forums and client summits; publish regional POVs and insights to unlock new briefs;
- Think big and act – deliver award worthy ideas and operationalize into custom campaigns across EMEA whilst navigating complexity and ambiguity;
Basic Qualifications
- Significant experience in international media or creator/influencer sales, including multi-market campaigns and senior executive engagement;
- Proven record designing and delivering cross-country, creator-led programs with clear KPIs and post-campaign measurement;
- Robust agency-network and enterprise advertiser relationships across EMEA; comfort influencing annual planning and JBP-style roadmaps;
- Mastery of modern video/social ecosystem and creator economy mechanics (briefing, contracts, usage rights, performance);
- Ability to lead through ambiguity in a matrixed environment.
- Platform-side or deep partnership experience with Twitch, TikTok, YouTube/YouTube Gaming, StreamElements or similar creator-led solutions;
- Familiarity with live commerce and shoppable formats; experience integrating creator content across channels;
- Additional European languages; experience building repeatable playbooks and regional enablement for local sales teams;
- Thought-leadership presence (panels, whitepapers, POVs) on creator marketing, live streaming, or gaming culture.
