General Description


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the development and management of key accounts, working closely with senior team members to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and execute strategic account plans. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in account management and the dynamic world of consumer electronics.


Key Responsibilities


  • Assist in managing a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Support the creation and execution of strategic account development plans
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and report on key account performance
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with their needs and objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to deliver tailored solutions for customers
  • Prepare sales forecasts, proposals, and presentations for client meetings
  • Track orders, monitor delivery schedules, and ensure timely fulfillment
  • Work closely with senior account managers and cross-functional teams to drive business growth
  • Provide administrative and operational support for account management processes


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales or a related field required
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, preferably in the customer electronics industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience with CRM software (SAP ERP) is a plus
  • Fluent in English and German (mandatory)
