We are entering our next phase of growth and are expanding our enterprise sales team with a highly experienced healthcare SaaS leader who understands complex provider environments and thrives in high-accountability startup settings.
Position Overview
The National Account Executive will lead new revenue generation across:
• Health systems
• Radiology and imaging organizations
• Multi-site outpatient clinics (specialty groups, ambulatory providers, etc.)
This role requires a highly structured, process-driven SaaS sales professional with deep healthcare experience and a demonstrated ability to navigate complex buying environments.
We are seeking a disciplined operator who combines enterprise-level strategy with startup execution rigor.
This is a strategic, execution-focused role for a disciplined sales professional with deep healthcare expertise and a track record of selling complex SaaS solutions into provider environments. The ideal candidate brings both enterprise deal experience and hands-on startup execution.
This role emphasizes enterprise rigor, cross-functional execution, compliance awareness, and structured sales methodology.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Revenue Generation
• Own and execute a defined enterprise territory strategy
• Identify, qualify, and close complex, multi-stakeholder healthcare deals
• Drive full-cycle sales from prospecting through contracting
• Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline
Healthcare & Radiology Domain Expertise
• Navigate health system decision-making structures
• Understand radiology, imaging operations, and interoperability challenges
• Engage CIOs, CMIOs, CFOs, COOs, Imaging Directors, HIM Directors, Technology/PACS and Compliance leaders
Sales Process Discipline
• Utilize structured sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, or similar)
• Maintain rigorous CRM documentation and activity tracking
• Develop ROI cases and business justification materials
Cross-Functional Execution
• Partner with leadership, implementation, and product teams
• Support RFP/RFI processes
• Contribute to pricing strategy and market positioning
Startup Accountability
• Operate independently in a high-growth, evolving environment
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities
• Take ownership of outcomes without requiring heavy oversight
Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience
• 10+ years of healthcare industry sales experience
• Direct experience selling into hospitals, health systems, or imaging organizations
• Demonstrated experience closing enterprise healthcare contracts
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
• Strong working knowledge of healthcare compliance and enterprise procurement processes
• High integrity and professional accountability
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in radiology, imaging IT, interoperability, or healthcare data exchange
• Prior startup or high-growth company experience
• Experience responding to RFPs and navigating enterprise legal processes
• Familiarity with PACS, RIS, EHR, or image exchange workflows

Travel
