You stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly with Team Executives and technical teams, and take pride in well run reviews, tidy trackers and on time invoices.
Responsibilities
Main Activities and Responsibilities: (including but not limited to)
- Team Executive support:
- Attend project review meetings with the TE to assist with action tracking and follow up.
- Review of the project portfolio for red flags. Escalation of project issues.
- Invoicing support for large client portfolios.
- Review of pipeline portfolio for red flags such as overdue or pending due dates.
- Support initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery and client experience.
- KAMs
- Compilation of reports for client managers, such as win rates, sales and feedback collation as well as yearly national and global reporting packages.
- Support the delivery of exceptional client service by ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. This will include gathering safety data, monthly/quarterly trend data.
- Operations Executive
- Preparation and maintenance of project, profit and loss (PnL) revenue and budget trackers.
- Assistance to achieve our days sales outstanding (DSO) targets.
- Preparation of reports for Team Executives to provide information and facilitate decision making.
Qualifications
Qualifications (Minimum and Desirable):
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- 5–10 years’ experience applying coordination or project support skills.
- Working knowledge of project management principles (e.g., PMI framework).
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience in a consulting environment and/or PMP certification is an advantage.
- Commitment to WSP’s health, safety, wellbeing, and conduct standards.
- Demonstrated experience supporting project or program delivery across multiple concurrent tasks.
- Ability to interpret and work across various data sources, systems, and trackers with a high level of accuracy.
- Confident engagement with technical teams and internal stakeholders.
