Actively hiring for a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive based in Chicago to help build and expand the US enterprise business from the ground up.

The Role:

  • Strategic new logo acquisition across large enterprise accounts
  • Selling into complex global brands with sophisticated eCommerce operations
  • Leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles with C-level engagement
  • Typical deal sizes ranging from $300K–$500K ARR, with larger global opportunities exceeding $1M+ ARR
  • Helping shape and define the US enterprise GTM motion
  • Hybrid role based in Chicago


About You:

  • 5+ years enterprise sales experience
  • Track record closing complex six- and seven-figure deals
  • Strong hunter mentality with consultative selling approach
  • Experience navigating long enterprise sales cycles and RFP processes
  • Comfortable selling to CTOs, operational leaders, ecom leaders and enterprise buying committees
  • Thrives in high-growth, ambiguous startup environments
  • Experience within eCommerce, supply chain, logistics, ERP, marketplaces, or complex SaaS platforms highly advantageous
  • Based in Chicago or open to relocating


Compensation:

  • $500K OTE (Upto $200K base / $300K variable)
  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Strong long-term upside as part of an early US build
