About the Role
VRIZE is seeking a relationship-driven Customer Success Manager to support and grow client partnerships within our technology services organization.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and bringing structure to fast-moving environments. You will begin by supporting and strengthening existing client relationships, with a clear path to grow into account ownership, client presentations, and new business opportunities over time.
You’ll act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth delivery, strong communication, and long-term account success.
Work Model
Hybrid – 3 days onsite in Thousand Oaks, CA
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted day-to-day partner
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and communication
- Track account health, including client satisfaction, timelines, and key deliverables
- Support regular client touchpoints such as status updates and business reviews
- Identify opportunities to strengthen and expand existing client relationships
- Proactively manage risks, solve problems, and ensure follow-through
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing, coordination, or support role — or transferable experience from teaching, coaching, or similar roles
- Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing interactions
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Relationship-oriented mindset with a focus on long-term partnership building
- Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem solving
- Detail-oriented with strong ownership and follow-through
- Curious and eager to learn, especially within technology services
Preferred Backgrounds
