🔎 What You’ll Be Doing

• Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted point of contact
• Provide expert guidance on registered plans, policies, and procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service
• Resolve client issues proactively and efficiently
• Identify process improvements to enhance the overall client experience

👥 What You Bring

• 2+ years’ experience in brokerage, financial services, or client support
• Solid knowledge of industry regulations and operations
• Hands-on expertise with registered plans
• Strong communication skills in English & French (required)
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
