- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with clients in the health and wellness industry.
- Experience with Google Ad Solutions and video advertising (e.g., AI-powered performance and video, CTV), with knowledge of the competitor landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.
- Ability to develop joint business plans in ambiguous environments, influence/collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for the customer and Google.
- Excellent strategic and tactical thinking skills, with the ability to align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$200,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Engage and influence key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, build trusted relationships to understand their business challenges and strategic priorities.
- Design and pitch data-driven Google solutions tailored to customer needs, leveraging knowledge of Google’s advertising offerings and compelling storytelling, while navigating objections to secure investment and exceed business growth goals.
- Demonstrate Google's value by measuring campaign results against customer objectives and competitor’s offerings, and sharing data-driven insights that shape customer strategies and reinforce the partnership.
- Act as a strategic business lead, managing external relationships, both client and agency, and internal relationships to ensure clients' priorities are understood.
- Develop scalable and leading edge solutions for clients in order to optimize their advertising expenditures and maximize use of Google products (e.g., Search, Video, Display, Mobile, etc.).
