Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Parsippany, NJ. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction with promotional product campaigns. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining client accounts, collaborating with the creative and operations teams, overseeing project timelines, sourcing and recommending products, creating proposals, and ensuring accurate and timely project delivery. The role requires a proactive individual who can deliver exceptional customer service and support for marketing initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to develop and maintain accounts
  • Proficiency in project management, including managing timelines and delivering quality outcomes
  • Experience in product sourcing, recommending promotional products, and creating proposals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients and internal teams
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Prior experience in promotional products, marketing, or related industries is a plus
  • Proficiency with relevant tools and software, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred
