About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of enterprise AI products.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong product thinking, structured problem solving, and close collaboration with engineers and designers. You will translate enterprise customer needs into scalable AI-driven solutions and lead initiatives from concept to launch.

You will play a key role in defining how AI integrates into real business workflows.

What You Will Do

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap
• Own feature definition, UI/UX design direction, and functional specifications
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams
• Translate enterprise customer challenges into scalable AI solutions
• Lead 0→1 feature development in generative AI and AI agents
• Conduct user research and analyze product usage data
• Continuously iterate and improve product-market fit

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of product management experience in web applications
• Experience shipping B2B SaaS products
• Direct ownership of UI/feature design decisions
• Strong execution and ownership mindset
• Regular hands-on use of generative AI tools
• Ability to work onsite in Tokyo 3 days per week

Nice to Have:

• Experience building AI/LLM-powered features
• Experience working with enterprise (1,000+ employee) customers
• Startup or high-growth environment experience
• Experience leading 0→1 product launches
• Comfortable communicating with global engineering teams in English
