The Key Accounts Manager is responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with strategic clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving mutual growth. This role involves managing high-value accounts, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions that align with the companys offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations.

Understand clients' needs, challenges, and objectives, and provide proactive solutions to enhance their experience and value.

Regularly engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Sales and Business Development:

Drive revenue growth by upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities within assigned accounts.

Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain positive client financial relationships.

Foster new business development opportunities within assigned accounts to expand revenue streams.

  • Customer Satisfaction and Retention:

Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address concerns promptly.

Implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty, ensuring long-term retention and strong partnerships.

Collaborate with support teams to resolve issues and enhance the overall client experience.

  • Reporting and Analysis:

Provide regular performance reports that track sales metrics, revenue forecasts, and client feedback.

Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for growth, process improvement, and overall account optimization.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project status using CRM systems and other tools.

  • General Responsibilities:

Propose innovative strategies to promote growth and performance improvement.

Ensure all projects are aligned with client expectations, deliverables, and quality standards.

Address any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior, ensuring efficient task completion.

Qualifications

With BD experience & TikTok Account management experience

2-3 years experience in Accounts Management

Skills in doing deck and pitching

The ability to build rapport with key clients.

The ability to handle multiple client accounts.

Strong negotiation and leadership skills.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Excellent communication skills
