We are looking for a visionary Product Marketing Manager/Director to lead the strategic development and market expansion of our PC Components (Case, PSU, Cooling) product lines. You will lead as the Product Champion: bridging technical excellence with global gamer trends to define roadmaps and drive competitive innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Roadmap Definition: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for Gaming Chassis, PSU, and Cooling solutions. Translate market trends and gamer feedback into innovative product specs.
- Competitive Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis on competitors, price positioning, and technological advancements.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute impactful global launch plans. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and creative teams to ensure XPG’s unique identity resonates with the target audience.
- Technical Cross-functional Leadership: Partner closely with R&D, mechanical engineers, and factory teams to balance performance, cost, and time-to-market.
Requirements
- Experience: 5~10 years of Product Management or Marketing experience in the PC Hardware industry (specifically PC Case, PSU, or Cooling). Proven track record in vendor management and deep familiarity with the hardware supply chain ecosystem is essential.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of thermal management, power electronics, or mechanical chassis design. You know exactly what makes an enthusiast-grade component.
- Communication: Excellent English proficiency to collaborate with global teams and articulate complex technical features into compelling marketing narratives.
