This role leads YAGEO Group’s digital engagement activities across social media and other digital channels, managing a Graphic Designer and two Digital Marketing Specialists while working with stakeholders across a global B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital engagement strategy in line with marketing objectives.
- Manage and develop the Digital Engagement team.
- Oversee content planning, campaign coordination, and publishing.
- Ensure consistent brand, messaging, and tone across digital channels.
- Monitor performance and recommend improvements.
- Support campaigns, product launches, and key business initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with global stakeholders and audiences.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content strategy, preferably in B2B.
- Experience leading or managing a small team.
- Strong understanding of digital channels, content planning, and analytics.
- Strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and ability to work effectively in a global environment.
- Full professional fluency in English.
- Experience in industrial, technology, or electronics sectors is an advantage.
