As an Industrial Manager (IM), you will serve as the vital bridge between product teams, sales(RBU), and the market, ensuring that Moxa’s offerings accurately address the pain points of the energy and power sectors while securing a leadership position in key markets.
ᴍᴀᴊᴏʀ ᴀʀᴇᴀs ᴏғ ʀᴇsᴘᴏɴsɪʙɪʟɪᴛʏ
- Strategy & Roadmap
– Collaborate with Product Managers (PMs) across different product lines to integrate individual products into comprehensive "Energy & Power Market Solutions."
– Participate in Product Roadmap discussions to ensure that future product developments align with the long-term requirements of the industry.
- Sales Enablement
– Provide industry-focused training for Regional Business Units (RBUs) to empower them to "speak the same language" as customers in the field.
- Engagement & Ecosystem
– Establish and maintain strategic relationships within the industry ecosystem (such as System Integrators (SIs), industry associations, and certification bodies).
- GTM & Feedback Loop
– Collect authentic market feedback on products and translate these insights into concrete recommendations for product optimization.
ᴍɪɴɪᴍᴜᴍ ᴊᴏʙ ʀᴇǫᴜɪʀᴇᴍᴇɴᴛs
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: 8 year experience (minimum 5-year experience of product management or sales).
- Language:Fluent in Chinese and English reading/writing/listening/speaking.
- Industry & Domain Expertise
- 5–7+ years of experience in B2B technical BD, PM, or Solution Sales.
- Priority will be given to candidates with experience in Energy Storage, Electric Power, Smart Grid, or Energy-related markets.
- Familiarity with power system applications (e.g., Substation, IEC 61850, SCADA) or integrated energy solutions (e.g., EMS/DMS, DER, BESS).
- Proven ability to engage directly with Power Utilities, EPCs, and System Integrators.
- Ability to assist Regional Business Units (RBUs) in interpreting tenders and technical specifications, and converting these requirements into Moxa product solutions for customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; proficiency in English is a must.
- Capacity to translate complex technical concepts into customer-oriented value propositions (Business Language)

- Sharp business opportunity assessment and solution-building capabilities.
- Proactive in discovering new applications and emerging markets.
- Ability to drive sales teams and cross-functional initiatives.
- Capable of developing market entry strategies (Segmentation / Positioning / Action Plan) and analyzing competitors and technical trends.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Proven cross-regional collaboration skills (multi-country collaboration within APAC); candidates with multi-national business experience are preferred.
- Ability to conduct product and application training for sales teams.
- Experience in supporting major or cross-border tenders (Tier 1 Deal Support).
- Willingness to travel and the capacity to manage business opportunities and strategies across multiple regions simultaneously.
