Molex is seeking a growth minded Product Manager that is able to manage products roadmap and work with BDM and Sales team to approach products and succeed business. They must be versatile, have a growth mindset and proactive engagement with Molex Sales teams and BDM. Also, internally coordinate design engineers, production department, process engineers…etc to drive opportunities successfully and on time.

What You Will Do
- Closely work with Sales/BDM approaching products and driving business successfully
- Plan the product development roadmap and technical support on inquiry responses
- Collaborating with Sales/BDM to identify growth opptys for existing as well as new products & target customers
- Coordinate internal resources and works with Project Manager to allocate resource on business support
- Communicate with Sales/BDM team and update project status regularly
- Cooperate with marketing team for website or brochure update
- Building relationships with suppliers and works with Project Manager on cost estimation or make decisions
- Negotiating deals and securing business that results in mutual benefit for Molex
- 5+ Years in Electronics Industry and product management, Optics Preferred
- Have working experiences in Taiwan Consumer Electronics CMs. For example, Foxconn, Wistron, Quanta, Wiwynn and Pegatron…etc group.
- Familiar hyperscale Data Center products or architecture. Experienced to work with CSP customers preferred
- Managed or succeed experiences on fiber active or passive components/module
- English write, listen, speak skill and be able to communicate with foreign Molex team or customers smoothly

This role will work collaboratively with other departments, such as marketing, product development, process engineering and Molex Global Sales team to ensure that business development efforts align with the company's overall goals.
