THE JOB

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to take ownership of end-to-end development across a suite of high-impact digital products. This is a hands-on engineering role sitting within a cross-functional product team, with real responsibility from day one.

The successful candidate will be working primarily in Blazor and .NET Core on the back end, building secure, scalable web applications that are relied upon by large organisations and senior decision-makers. The role spans the full stack from database design and API architecture through to front-end component delivery, cloud deployment, and automated testing.

Engineers here work in agile sprint cycles, collaborate closely with design and business teams, and are expected to translate complex requirements into clean, proportionate technical solutions. There is also a growing AI integration dimension to this role, with the team actively embedding Large Language Models into their products to enhance user experience and analytical capability.

ABOUT YOU

For this role, we are looking for a senior engineer who takes genuine pride in their craft. Someone who writes clean, maintainable code, communicates clearly with non-technical stakeholders, and thrives in environments where ownership and accountability are the norm rather than the exception.

You will be comfortable moving across the full stack, confident making architectural decisions, and at ease jumping into an existing codebase and getting productive quickly. You bring a strong eye for security, performance, and quality at every layer of the stack.

Key experience and technologies we are looking for:

• 5+ years in full-stack development with a strong back-end emphasis
• .NET Core, ASP.NET WebAPI, and Blazor (WebAssembly and Server)
• C# and object-oriented design applied to complex, evolving production systems
• Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL including indexing, stored procedures, and query optimisation
• RESTful API design, OAuth2, JWT authentication, and request validation patterns
• ETL pipeline development, data modelling, and medallion architecture
• LLM API integration, prompt engineering, and model orchestration
• DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipeline management, and cloud deployment (Azure preferred)
• Automated testing frameworks such as xUnit, bUnit, or Playwright
• TailwindCSS, Razor components, HTML/CSS, and modern front-end delivery
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, agile working style
