RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products.

2. Own the user experience on both MaiCoin and MAX from onboarding to trading.

3. Align teams on a shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.

4. Drive product development with a team of talented engineers and designers.

5. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.

• 6. Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1. 3+ years experience in product management with a track record of success.

2. 1+ years hands-on software/web development experience.

3. Strong analytical, prioritization, logical thinking skills.

4. Transform abstract problems into concrete, executable tasks.

5. Exceptional leadership, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Proficient in developing and managing trading, payment, or compliance products.

2. Experience with blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies.

3. Expertise in financial trading and other relevant financial services.

4. Experience working with external partners to build software services.
