DebtBlue is growing, and we're looking for driven, compassionate sales professionals to join our team as Account Executives. In this role, you'll guide clients through our proven debt relief process-from the first conversation to enrollment-helping them regain control of their financial future.

This role includes base + commission + bonus, designed for consultative and competitive salespeople who want to control their earning power. If you'd rather bet on your performance than rely on a big base, this role is made for you.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary + uncapped commission and bonus (base is 30K)

- Build rapport quickly through empathy and professionalism.
- Conduct consultative financial needs assessments.
- Present debt relief solutions and recommend best-fit programs.
- Guide clients through enrollment and required documentation.
- Follow established sales processes and compliance standards
- Maintain ethical, regulatory, and documentation accuracy.
- Complete Certified Debt Specialist certification (company-paid).
- Participate in ongoing coaching and performance development.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Professional, clear communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to manage sensitive conversations with empathy and confidence
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, process‑driven environment
- Experience in legal intake, debt settlement, negotiations, or administrative support is a plus
