Digital Account Manager
A fast-growing Marketing agency is hiring an experienced Account Manager to lead integrated campaigns across digital, live events, experiential and social channels. This is a client-facing role suited to someone commercially minded, highly organised and confident managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Clients include working alongside some major sporting bodies and organisations as well as major brands within Utilities, Retail, FMCG etc.
The Role
- Manage day-to-day client relationships across key accounts
- Develop and deliver integrated digital strategies across communications and performance marketing
- Lead campaign planning across digital, social, content and live activations
- Coordinate with creative, production and digital teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic reporting and insights
- Support pitches, proposals and account growth opportunities
- Manage budgets, timelines and campaign profitability
About You
- Proven experience in account management from a marketing agency with a strong focus on digital
- Strong understanding of social media, content strategy and digital communications
- Excellent client management and presentation skills
- Commercially aware with strong project management capabilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Experience managing integrated campaigns from strategy through to execution
- An interest in sports would be beneficial but not essential.
