How You Will Contribute
You will:
- Account Management:
- Develop and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and business reviews for key accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., trade marketing, customer service, finance) to ensure smooth execution of account-specific initiatives and resolve client issues efficiently.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts (Petrol Marts & KK Mart)
- Attend client presentations, meetings, and negotiations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and identify business opportunities.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Proactiveness: Self-motivated and able to take initiative in supporting account growth and management.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Key Account Management experience managing Petrol Marts and KK Mart will be an added advantage
