About The Role

Provide leadership, management and development of an agreed CBREaccount, ensuring financial and operational commitments are met and exceeded,while supervising and coordinating system operations and end-to-end servicedelivery across hard and soft services. You will oversee PPM, reactivemaintenance and minor project works, partnering with supply chain providers toachieve contractual outcomes, and remain operationally hands-on when requiredwhile retaining full managerial accountability for performance, compliance andreporting.

What You'll Do

  • Lead day-to-day planning and scheduling for hard and soft services, ensuring service standards, KPIs and targets are achieved.
  • Own the account P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control and financial reporting.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, site inspections and clear, solutions-focused communication.
  • Drive a continuous improvement culture across the account, leveraging feedback, data and lessons learned to uplift service outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain account playbooks/operations manuals, standard operating procedures, and emergency/contingency plans.
  • Ensure statutory, policy and contractual compliance, including governance processes, risk registers and periodic gap analysis.
  • Drive QHSE leadership across the account: implementation planning, reporting, incident management and alignment to client requirements.
  • Lead, coach and develop the on-account team, including recruitment, performance management, training compliance and succession planning.
  • Oversee contractor performance, inductions, permits and site access requirements; support continuous improvement and risk reduction.

What You'll Need

  • Degree (or equivalent) in Facilities Management, Property, or a related field, with 6+ years experience in a senior, property-based facilities role.
  • Superior relationship-building and stakeholder management skills are paramount, including the ability to influence outcomes, manage expectations, resolve issues/conflict, and build trusted partnerships across clients, contractors and internal teams.
  • Proven experience leading and developing teams in a service delivery environment.
  • Strong understanding of Australian WHS legislation, essential services regulations, Building Code of Australia requirements and relevant Australian Standards.
  • Sound financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting and business analysis/reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive stakeholder matters professionally.
  • Strong organisational and analytical capability; comfortable interpreting complex contracts and technical documentation.
  • Working knowledge of architectural, electrical and mechanical building systems;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience using work order / maintenance management systems.
  • Current driver’s licence.
