About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive growth across our RF and broader telecommunications portfolio. While RF is a core strength, this role focuses on integrated solutions, combining multiple technologies to solve real-world operational challenges.
You will own key client relationships and identify opportunities to expand services across radio, transmission, IP networking, and managed services, positioning the business as a trusted long-term partner.
Duties
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts across Australia
- Identify, develop, and close opportunities across:
- RF communications and associate infrastructure
- CCTV networks
- In-building and coverage solutions (DAS, small cells)
- Satellite and remote communications
- Managed services and support contracts
- Engage with customer stakeholders to understand operational and technical requirements
- Develop integrated, multi-technology solutions in collaboration with engineering teams
- Lead the full sales lifecycle: pipeline development, solution positioning, bid management, and contract negotiation
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction
- Maintain strong market awareness across spectrum, regulation, and emerging technologies
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in account management or business development within a telecommunications integrator, vendor, or carrier environment
- Strong foundation in RF technologies, with the ability to position broader integrated solutions
- Experience selling complex, multi-technology solutions rather than single products
- Commercially astute with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and executive audiences
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value
- Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a dynamic project environment
Highly Regarded
- Experience working with industries such as resources, utilities, transport, or public safety
- Understanding of Australian telecommunications standards, licensing, and spectrum frameworks
- Exposure to technologies such as private 5G, IIoT, edge networking, or critical communications systems
- Existing industry relationships and network
