Role Summary

As a founding member of the Key Account Management team, you will play a critical role in building Xiaomi EV’s European partner ecosystem from inception. You will be responsible for identifying and managing top-tier strategic partners, driving partner performance, and leading commercial collaboration and relationship development across European markets.

Job Description

  • Maintain core leasing partners in the local market
  • Achieve leasing business targets
  • Expand and develop the local leasing market

Job Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a Key Account Manager or in Fleet Sales at an automotive OEM in the local market
  • Deep familiarity with major local leasing companies and established strong relationships with them
  • Good knowledge of key corporate clients in the local market with existing solid connections
