Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for an Account Executive, based in Quincy, MA, with opportunities for remote work. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client portfolios, identifying growth opportunities, and nurturing long-term relationships with our partners. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, prospecting potential clients, preparing presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that align with client objectives. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills to ensure client satisfaction and success.


Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in building client relationships and achieving sales goals
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and convincingly
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, business development, and sales strategy implementation
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client accounts efficiently
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, combining in-office tasks in Quincy, MA with remote responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Prior experience in account management or sales, particularly in a client-focused environment, is a plus
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with problem-solving capabilities
  • Familiarity with the industry or market related to Facilitate NE’s operations is an asset
