Our organization is currently seeking a Fleet Account Executive.
Requirements
A successful candidate will be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
- Create and achieve annual budget for region (MAINTAIN / DEVELOP)
- This is the sales goal/commitment to Adrian Steel
- Achieve goal for specified percentage of market opportunity in region (GROW)
- Identify and articulate customers’ business problem(s) and goals to Adrian Steel team
- Work with Solutions Lead and Fleet Account Lead to ensure customer solution plan is on target
- Implement and lead/facilitate FOUNDATION MEETINGS for top 10 customers in region
- A FOUNDATION MEETING is a collaborative planning/execution meeting inclusive of a cross-functional team comprised of both external and internal players. The goal of the FOUNDATION MEETING is to build and execute customer strategy effectively. The participants of the meeting include: the fleet customer, the OEM, the LMC and Adrian Steel)
- Ensure the solution we create is good for BOTH the customer and Adrian Steel - responsible to build a mutually-beneficial partnership
- Ability to HUNT and FARM simultaneously
- Strong hunter (GROW)
- Effective farmer (MAINTAIN + DEVELOP)
- Ability to assess a business/industry
- Ability to discern a shareholders’ report
- Ability to understand a financial statement
- Strong listening skills
- Empathy for the customer
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills (all forms)
- Ability to deal with conflict effectively
- Ability to own a room
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; company will consider a combination of education and experience
- Strong Office Knowledge and Calendar Skills
- Must meet and maintain all requirements to be a “Driver” as defined in Adrian Steel Fleet Corporate Driving Policy
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
