With strong funding and rapid expansion underway, they are hiring high-performing AEs to drive growth across the General Contractor market.
The Role
This is a true new logo / hunter role. You’ll own net new revenue across General Contractors, leading complex enterprise sales cycles and building long-term strategic partnerships. You’re not just selling software — you’re positioning a transformational solution that sits at the core of project delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle sales: prospect → qualify → close
- Target and win new General Contractor accounts
- Build and convert pipeline through outbound and networking
- Navigate complex deals with 10–20+ stakeholders
- Develop strategic account plans to drive long-term growth
- Maintain strong forecasting and pipeline discipline
- Build trusted, value-led executive relationships
- Consistently exceed revenue targets
About You
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record closing complex enterprise deals
- Experience selling into General Contractors / construction
- Strong hunter-closer mindset
- Skilled in multi-stakeholder, complex sales cycles
- Excellent relationship builder and communicator
- High integrity, resilience, and strong commercial drive
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
