A client of Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join a fast-paced, competitive sales environment focused on helping small to mid-sized businesses optimize their shipping and logistics solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, high-activity sales setting, is comfortable with cold calling, and is driven by performance-based growth and earnings.
This position offers hands-on training, daily coaching, and a clearly defined promotion path based strictly on results—not tenure or politics.
Responsibilities
-Prospect and generate new business through high-volume outbound outreach
-Conduct cold calls, warm calls, and follow-up conversations with business owners
-Qualify leads and identify shipping opportunities for small and mid-sized businesses
-Book and run sales meetings with prospective clients
-Activate new customers and support early-stage relationship development
-Consistently update CRM with notes, activity, and pipeline details
-Participate in daily role plays focused on objection handling, call scripts, and sales scenarios
-Attend morning team meetings to review goals, activity, and pipeline
-Meet or exceed activity and performance expectations tied to deals, meetings, and invoices
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-Associate's degree
-Comfortable working fully in-office
-Willingness to make high-volume outbound sales calls
-Competitive, money-motivated mindset
-High energy, resilience, and coachability
The annual compensation is a base of $65,000 with aggressive uncapped residual commission.
