Role Purpose
Lead ASUS HQ’s global brand governance, brand experience, and flagship event initiatives by translating brand strategy and narratives into cohesive, scalable physical, digital, and hybrid programs. This role drives end‑to‑end execution of brand guidelines, campaigns, and events through strong cross‑functional collaboration and agency/vendor management, ensuring brand consistency, distinctive brand experiences, earned amplification, and measurable business impact. The position plays a key role in accumulating long‑term ASUS brand equity while supporting business transformation and future growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and roll out global brand guidelines to ensure strong brand governance and consistent execution across all touchpoints, while partnering with cross‑functional teams to build a distinctive brand experience.
- Support global brand management, translating brand strategy into practical frameworks and monitoring brand consistency and equity.
- Develop and implement a brand plan aligned with global strategies, integrating market insights, competitive intelligence.
- Enable brand campaigns, ensuring all brand moments reinforce long‑term brand positioning and storytelling.
- Make sure the brand strategy reflects the business future direction. Accumulate the brand equity to the ASUS Brand and support business transformation.
- Responsible for identifying, planning, and executing a variety of event-based projects, including global or regional events, tradeshows, customer events and product launches that help ASUS to meet business objectives.
- Know how to develop an event from concept to execution.
- Event project management Include but are not limited to: pre-event consultation and planning, venue selection, vendor management, agenda development, coordinate logistics and staffing, budget management, and event follow-up and reporting.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring all stakeholders are working together to deliver a high-quality event.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in brand marketing, brand management, or brand agency
- Hands-on experience working with brand guidelines or brand systems.
- Strong sense of brand consistency, storytelling, and visual/experiential coherence
- Experience working with agencies and cross-regional teams.
- Proven agency/vendor leadership, budget ownership, and measurement-driven optimization.
- Fluent English; comfortable operating in a global HQ environment.
