This hybrid role combines two days at our Nacka office with one day at HP’s office, plus flexibility for remote work. You’ll support larger deals, join HP events, and work closely with the vendor manager driving the overall strategy, while you focus on business development.

Your role & influence as HP Growth Manager
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for significantly growing HP’s Client Portfolio business within the commercial and public segment in Sweden, driving strategic initiatives and business development together with both HP and Dustin account managers—essentially acting in a Business Development Manager capacity
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of strengthening the relationship with our strategic vendors within Dustin. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with departments such as Sales, Category Management, and Marketing, aligning on strategic business plans and ensuring the best possible communication.
Core activities:
- Grow HP’s Client Portfolio business in the commercial and public segment
- Act as the bridge between Dustin and HP account managers
- Work closely with the vendor manager to develop and launch impactful initiatives
