We now have an exciting opportunity for a Creative Account Manager to join our growing organisation.
The Role:
The Creative Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing the successful delivery of packaging design, artwork, and branding projects within a regulated life sciences & FMCG environment.
The Creative Account Manager will report to the Client Director.
Your Responsibilities:
- Act as primary day-to-day client contact across packaging design and artwork, prepress & print management
- Manage creative briefs, timelines, budgets, and project scope
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Creative, Artwork, QA, Regulatory, and Production & Print supply network
- Support development of branding, packaging concepts, submission mock-ups, adaptive artwork & prepress
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with regulatory, compliance, SLA and brand requirements
- Manage approval workflows, stakeholder feedback, and change control processes
- Monitor project profitability, resource utilisation, and billing milestones
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and additional services
- Maintain strong communication with clients, printers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Liaise directly with suppliers and printers to ensure the process runs smoothly and their considerations and feedback are acknowledged and actioned as appropriate
Preferred Qualifications, Training and Experience:
- Degree in business, creative or related field, or relevant industry experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within packaging design, artwork, branding within healthcare/life sciences agencies
- Strong understanding of artwork production, print processes and approval workflows
- Excellent client management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
- Commercial awareness with strong organisational skills
- Experience working within regulated industries is an advantage
