Context

Collective.work is building the next-generation AI-powered sourcing platform for recruiters. Our mission is to help talent teams identify, engage, and hire the best candidates faster through intelligent automation and data-driven insights. We are scaling our go-to-market team and looking for ambitious sales talent to drive growth.

Missions

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demos, negotiation, and closing
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of outbound and inbound opportunities
  • Conduct product demos and communicate value to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Understand customer needs and position Collective.work as a strategic solution
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and lead generation strategies
  • Work with product and data teams to share customer feedback and insights
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene
  • Contribute to building scalable sales processes and playbooks
