Missions
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demos, negotiation, and closing
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of outbound and inbound opportunities
- Conduct product demos and communicate value to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Understand customer needs and position Collective.work as a strategic solution
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and lead generation strategies
- Work with product and data teams to share customer feedback and insights
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene
- Contribute to building scalable sales processes and playbooks
- CRM tools (Hubspot)
- Sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Lemlist)
- Collaboration tools (Slack, Google Workspace)
- Data-driven sales approach and structured pipeline management
- Role focused on full sales cycle ownership across Europe
