Speechify is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and own the technical systems that power their outbound motion. The successful candidate will build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infrastructure, own the GTM tech stack, and deploy AI agents for automated prospect research and personalized outreach generation.
Requirements
- Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
- Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
- Ability to think in funnels and measure everything, including pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity
Benefits
- United States Salary range for this role is $105,000–$140,000 base salary. On-target earnings of $150,000–$200,000
