The ideal candidate has strong DTC experience, performance-driven creative strategy skills, and experience with Meta ads. This is a 100% remote freelance position with a steep learning curve and hands-on growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Develop creative strategies and concepts for performance campaigns across Meta
• Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activity
• Write clear, actionable creative briefs
• Collaborate closely with designers, video editors, and videographers
• Develop storylines, hooks, and visual directions for new ads
• Continuously optimize existing creatives based on performance data
• Research social media and advertising trends
