Speechify is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, architecture, and development of native Windows desktop applications using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML, and C++. The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows desktop application development, accessibility APIs, and a proven track record of designing and shipping production-quality desktop applications.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Windows desktop application development using Windows App SDK, WinUI (or similar), C#, XAML
- Deep understanding of Windows application architecture
- Proven track record of designing, building, and shipping production-quality desktop applications
- Strong experience with accessibility APIs on Windows
- Excellent software engineering fundamentals
- Experience leading technical design, mentoring other engineers, and making architecture-level decisions
- Strong communication skills
