BURGA is seeking a Head of Amazon and Marketplaces to lead its global Amazon presence and drive revenue growth. Requirements
- Strong experience in managing and leading Amazon and other marketplace strategies
- Solid understanding of marketplace operations (listings, content, campaigns, compliance)
- Analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience managing agencies and partners with clear KPI accountability
- Being proactive, solution-oriented, and confident in making decisions under pressure
- Experience managing Amazon at a senior level and mentoring junior specialists
- Understanding of logistics, manufacturing scheduling, and stock planning
