Miratech is a global IT services and consulting company that helps visionaries change the world. We are looking for an experienced AWS Architect to design, develop, and optimize scalable and secure digital contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and modern GenAI technologies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in AWS architecture and cloud solution development
- Deep expertise with Amazon Connect, Lambda, API Gateway, Lex, Bedrock, DynamoDB, S3 & CloudWatch
- Proven experience with GenAI technologies (AWS-native & open-source models)
- Strong understanding of IAM, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and security practices
- Experience building custom chat widgets and agent workspace solutions
- Hands-on experience with CRM integrations and real-time event streaming
