You’ll bring a deep understanding of how digital channels, platforms, and audiences connect - translating this into effective, insight-led campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes. From paid social and search to emerging channels and creator-led models, you’ll ensure our work is best-in-class, culturally relevant, and performance-driven. With a strong test-and-learn mindset, you’ll be responsible for both executional excellence and strategic contribution – challenging briefs, identifying opportunities, and elevating the standard of digital thinking across your accounts and the broader agency. A natural collaborator and trusted partner, you will build strong client relationships, push for best-in-class work, and elevate the team around you.
Role Responsibilities:
Client Management
- Build strong, trusted client relationships - positioning yourself as a proactive partner and digital expert
- Confidently present work, rationale and recommendations to clients, including senior stakeholders
- Run regular client status WIPs providing updates to client and documenting clear actions following, or participate in WIPs as digital expert
- Proactively identify growth opportunities within client accounts, bringing forward new ideas, channels, and campaign approaches that drive business impact
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and PR teams to ensure integrated, cohesive delivery
- Ensure campaigns are executed efficiently, effectively, and in line with agreed scopes and budgets
- Maintain strong attention to detail across all campaign elements, ensuring accuracy and quality control
Digital Planning & Implementation
- Develop and implement digital channel plans across paid and owned platforms including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, and Google, aligned to client business objectives
- Create and oversee the delivery of high-quality client ready materials such as social media content, influencer briefs, thought-leadership blogs
- Write creative briefs that set a clear direction for execution and manage delivery across in-house studio and external partners to ensure creative output is on-brief, on-brand, and optimised for digital performance
- Manage end-to-end influencer and creator activity including identification, briefing, contracting, and performance tracking
- Identify and understand client challenges, needs and priorites to map out a clear pathway forward for integrated marketing campaigns / projects
- Build and manage end-to-end digital campaigns including briefing, ad copywriting, platform setup, optimisation, and reporting
- Apply a test-and-learn approach to continuously improve performance and uncover new opportunities
Digital Platform Excellence
- Uphold digital platform best practices, stay ahead of platform trends and be a model in best practice across the business and accounts
- Act as a digital expert consulting and inputting on projects across other client teams
- Bring new formats, technologies, and creative approaches to the table (e.g. emerging platforms, AI, creator-led models)
- Have a social first mindset, finding opportunities to bring campaigns and projects to life in an integrated way
