Hiring - Sales Manager - Sydney
The Role:
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of a team of around 6 Sales Executives. You'll set individual sales targets to achieve team & organisational sales objectives. You'll be incentivising the team to hit targets, as well as monitoring performance and using expert coaching skills to onboard and train best sales practices.

Requirements For This Role:
- A minimum of 1 year managing a team of Account Executives in a B2B environment.
- A minimum of 3+ years of sales experience
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
