Invested Talent is partnering with one of the world's leading online trading and investment platforms to find a Mandarin speaking Premium Client Account Manager in Sydney or Melbourne.
This is a relationship first role within a dedicated premium client team, managing and growing an existing book of high net worth traders and investors. You will identify cross-sell opportunities, drive referrals, support BD activity, contribute to client education events, and help build out a multilingual service offering for a growing client segment.

For a Relationship Manager with markets experience and Mandarin fluency, this is a rare opportunity to work with high value clients at a business with serious global pedigree.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with existing premium value clients, delivering a proactive and tailored service experience
- Identify and act on cross-sell opportunities across the full product and platform suite
- Generate referrals from within the existing client base
- Execute client orders with speed, accuracy and efficiency where authorised
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPI targets across growth, retention and referrals
- Attend client entertainment functions and events, with willingness to travel interstate where required
- Develop content and run webinars, seminars and events to educate premium clients on trading strategies and products
- Maintain accurate and timely client records across internal systems
- Ensure ongoing compliance with RG146 certification and annual CPD requirements
What We Are Looking For:
- Mandarin language skills are essential.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, relationship management or client services
- Intermediate knowledge of financial markets and a genuine enthusiasm for trading and investment products
- Proven ability to work to KPIs and targets in a commercial environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Highly client centric with the ability to build meaningful relationships with high-net-worth individuals
- Resilient, professional and comfortable operating in a fast paced, performance driven environment
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field is desirable
