About the role:

We’re looking for a strong National Account Manager to lead our Petrol & Convenience portfolio and deliver sustainable growth across key customers. In this role you’ll own end-to-end account management from developing strategic plans, leading joint business planning, to driving sales, profit, and market share. You’ll partner closely with customers and cross functional teams to unlock growth opportunities and deliver quality execution.


This role can be based at either Rowville VIC or Bella Vista NSW. This role also includes WFH options 2 days a week


What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Lead key P&C customer relationships and negotiations (pricing, promotions, range)
  • Develop and execute Joint Business Plans to drive mutual growth
  • Identify opportunities across distribution, ranging, and in-store execution
  • Own sales, profit, and trade spend budgets for your accounts
  • Deliver promotional strategies from planning through to post-analysis
  • Use data and insights to influence decisions and optimise performance
  • Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Category, Finance, and Demand Planning


What you’ll bring to the role:

  • 5–7 years FMCG account management experience
  • Experience in Petrol & Convenience or impulse channels (preferred)
  • Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership mindset
  • Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to turn insights into action
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
