Big Think Capital is seeking experienced sales professionals with a proven background in business funding, lending, financial services, or high-volume inside sales.

This is not an entry-level sales role. We’re looking for motivated closers who understand how to build trust, manage urgency, and consistently perform in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
- Manage inbound and internally sourced financing opportunities
- Consult with business owners to understand funding needs and business goals
- Present tailored financing solutions and guide clients through the process
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through consistent follow-up
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing
- Consistently meet and exceed performance goals
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of success in:
- Business funding
- MCA / alternative lending
- Financial services
- B2B or inside sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, objection-handling, and closing skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and performance-driven mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- CRM experience preferred
