Who We Are Looking For

VML is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has built a strong foundation in account management and is ready to step into a broader level of ownership across day-to-day client business, internal coordination, and project delivery.

The Senior Account Manager will play an important role in connecting clients, internal teams, and project workstreams to support seamless execution and strong partnership. This person should be highly organized, proactive, and collaborative, with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces while continuing to grow their confidence, judgment, and leadership in a fast-paced environment. This role will partner closely with account leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Support day-to-day account management across client business and key workstreams
  • Serve as a central point of connection across internal cross-functional teams and partner groups
  • Support the development and delivery of campaign work from planning through execution
  • Maintain strong account fundamentals, including project organization, timelines, status reporting, meeting follow-ups, and next-step accountability
  • Translate client needs and evolving priorities into clear internal direction
  • Identify risks and pressure points early, helping drive solutions and keep projects moving forward
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams through responsiveness, sound judgment, and a solutions-oriented approach
  • Contribute to presentations, planning conversations, and materials that support the business
  • Help create consistency and alignment across workstreams so teams can deliver high-quality work efficiently

    What You’ll Need

  • Relevant account management or client service experience within an agency or similarly dynamic environment
  • Experience supporting integrated marketing or campaign work across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage timelines, priorities, and communication across complex projects
  • Confidence working across cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment
  • A solutions-oriented mindset and strong sense of accountability

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. $60,000—$140,000 USD
