Role Overview

We are hiring a senior PreSales Leader – Data & Analytics to drive strategic growth across enterprise accounts, with a strong focus on the Insurance (P&C) domain. This role will lead end-to-end presales, solutioning, and deal shaping, partnering closely with sales, business, and delivery teams to convert opportunities into scalable and profitable engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end presales for Data & Analytics opportunities including RFPs, proposals, and client presentations
• Drive account mining, revenue growth, and deal closures within existing and new insurance clients
• Define solution architecture across data platforms, BI, cloud, AI/ML, and GenAI use cases
• Translate business challenges into scalable data & AI solutions aligned with client objectives
• Build compelling solution narratives, pricing models, and commercials
• Engage with CXO-level stakeholders and lead executive discussions
• Ensure smooth transition from presales to delivery with strong governance

Required Skills & Experience

• 15–20 years of IT experience with 10+ years in Data & Analytics PreSales (mandatory)
• Strong experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain (mandatory)
• Expertise in data platforms, cloud (AWS preferred), BI, AI/ML, and modern analytics stacks
• Proven track record in deal shaping, solutioning, and revenue generation
• Strong client-facing, storytelling, and commercial acumen
