The Role
- Lead the further development of a cutting-edge learning platform
- Design and implement new AI-powered features like case studies and intelligent learning systems
- Enhance platform performance, stability, and user experience
- Independently manage feature implementation from concept to deployment
- Contribute technical expertise to product strategy and evolution
- Assist with infrastructure, DevOps, and scaling initiatives
- Proven experience as a senior full-stack developer and lead engineer
- Proficiency with modern web technologies including Angular, TypeScript, Python, and Django
- Experience with AWS and GitHub for development and deployment
- Ability to deliver end-to-end features with a product-oriented mindset
- Strong ownership of code quality and project outcomes
- Interest in medicine, learning, or artificial intelligence is a plus
