Our Customer Care Center department is currently seeking an associate account manager. This role is responsible for supporting the agency management of client policies and will assist account managers within an assigned regional team to service policyholder accounts. This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio.
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00 hourly. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and individual performance.
Be Ready To
- foster relationships and build trust with our agency partners
- answer phone calls from customers promptly and provide a high level of service
- communicates with policyholders to request information for underwriting and agency file
- process activities generated in EPIC (Agency Management System) to maintain accurate account information
- gather information from policyholders for endorsements, updates agency system, and submits to underwriting team for processing
- keep track of all customer inquiries and follow up to verify that all questions are answered regarding customer policies
- assist account manager with incoming questions about insurance policies

- high school diploma required, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- relevant work experience preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
